Yes! Cocopeat is perfect for indoor pots and balcony gardens. It retains moisture, keeps soil loose, and encourages healthy root growth. It also keeps your space cleaner, as it’s dust-free and pest-resistant.
You’ll need about 25 to 30 litres of water to expand one 5kg block fully. Just soak it in a large tub or bucket for 15–20 minutes, then fluff it with your hands or a spade. It expands to around 70 litres of potting medium.
For best results, mix cocopeat with organic compost or perlite. A typical mix is 70% cocopeat + 30% compost. You can also add 10% biochar to improve nutrient holding and soil life.

Dry, unexpanded cocopeat blocks can last up to 5 years when stored in a cool, dry place. Once expanded and moistened, use it within 6 to 12 months for best plant performance.

For home use or small garden beds, our 650g mini blocks are perfect. They expand to 8–10 litres and are easy to hydrate. For larger raised beds or repeated use, we recommend the 5kg block, which expands up to 70 liters of growing medium.

Yes. Our 5kg blocks are palletised for export (usually 200 blocks/pallet). We ship in 20ft and 40ft containers, with or without fumigation depending on destination. Let us know your port and we’ll send the logistics plan.

Repeat the flush 2–3 times. For sensitive crops, always use pre-buffered cocopeat.
